Rainbow Skirt with Bows

A pastel tutu skirt for a girl in shades of cream, powder pink and light blue. Tulle ruffles are layered on several levels to create a flared shape. Multiple layers add volume, and the elastic waistband holds the skirt neatly at the waist.

There are three hand-finished bows at the front. The sewn-in lining enhances comfort and limits the tulle’s contact with the skin. Pastel colors create a light, soft effect.
